Roulette Intro
Like many casino games, there's simply no guaranteed winning strategy for roulette. Because it has a higher house advantage than games such as craps or blackjack, one could argue that the best roulette strategy is to simply stay away from the table, as the odds are stacked against you from the very beginning. If you love roulette, though, by all means feel free to play and enjoy the game.
A system for betting
Like other casino games, people who claim to have a winning roulette strategy are typically talking about a betting strategy instead, such as a Martingale system where they double their bets after a loss. Unfortunately, no system exists that can turn games like roulette and craps into consistent money makers for players, and people have been trying for centuries to devise just such a system.
Artificial Roulette aids
The only winning roulette strategies that have been created have involved illegally smuggling concealed computers into casinos to analyze and predict the path and ultimate destination of the ball, or analyzing and finding miniscule defects in wheels that cause certain numbers to come up more than they normally should. So while people have successfully beaten roulette using artificial aids, these “systems” not only aren’t allowed by casinos but they also are exploits and of little use to the average roulette player.
