Each player starts the game by placing three equal bets in circles in front of them. Each player is then dealt three cards, with two community cards dealt face down on the table. In the first round of betting, the player decides if they want to let all three of their bets ride, based on their cards, or pull one of them back.

The same action occurs in the second and third rounds, so that at the end of betting the player will have one, two, or three bets in front of them. In order to win any money, the player must have at least a pair of tens when all five cards are displayed. Players win an increasing amount based on how good their hands are, based on a pre-set payout table that the casino posts on each table. A typical payout table looks like this:

One pair 10’s or better - 1 to 1
Two Pairs - 2 to 1
Three of a Kind - 3 to 1
Straight - 5 to 1 Flush 8 to 1 Full House - 11 to 1
Four of a Kind - 50 to 1
Straight Flush - 200 to 1
Royal Flush - 1,000 to 1
