Who am I playing against?

You are playing against a computerized dealer at a single-user play- or real-money table.

I won! Where are my winnings?

Just log in to My Account the next time you have access to the internet and you will find them there.

Can I get more Play Money when playing online?

From a PC, log into My Account. There you can refill your play money account twice a day.

Is it the same rules as when playing with the PC client?

Yes. For more information, see the BlackJack rules page.

What happens if I receive a phone call during game play?

On most handsets this will be treated as if you lose your connection – but on some the game will continue in the background until you are done talking. See "What happens if I lose network coverage?" as well.

Are there extra costs for using the mobile client?

Your wireless operator might charge you for data transfer between your handset and the poker servers. The client uses roughly 200 Kb per hour of game play. Your operator might also charge you for the download. Please contact your operator for more information.

What happens if I lose network coverage?

Our casino games automatically save the state (cards, bet etc) if you should get disconnected or timed-out. You will then be allowed to complete the unfinished hand, and be automatically seated and dealt the same cards you had, the next time you log in.

If you are having trouble concerning WAP/GPRS settings and can't find your operator or phone model among these links, please contact your operator or consult your phone manual.

If the game doesn't work the way it should, please contact support regarding the fault and the stage at which it occurs!

The display on my handset keeps going dark while I'm playing. Why?

Since keeping the screen lit consumes more batteries than otherwise, most handset vendors make the display dim when the user hasn't interacted pressed any keys for a while. If you are annoyed by this option, please check your handset manual for instructions of how to turn it off.

How can I make sure no one but me plays the Mobile BlackJack game?

When you run the Mobile BlackJack application it will ask you to log in using your standard CasinoRoom login (e-mail and password). Do not share your login details with anyone.

What happens if my phone is stolen?

CasinoRoom.com is not liable for any losses due to misplacement or theft of personal login details or mobile phones. In case of theft, please contact support so that we can block mobile access to your account until further notice.
