Welcome to Top Card Trumps, an exciting fast paced card game much like the game you played as a child, only now you play against the dealer. You can choose to bet between 1.00 and 125.00. You can also place a side "Tie" bet which pays 10-1. To place the tie bet choose your chip and click in the Tie Bet strip. The maximum bet for a tie is 25.00.
First you must ante up your bet. Once you have chosen your bet, click the DEAL button. A regular deck of 52 cards is used. The game is simple: whoever has the higher card wins. When it comes to rank, Aces are high and 2s are low. The game carries on in this fashion until a tie occurs between the dealer and the player. If a tie occurs, you will be asked if you would like to FOLD or go to WAR. If you choose to fold, the dealer takes the bet and deals a new hand. If you choose to go to war, the bet is raised by an amount equal to you original bet. The dealer will then deal three cards face down and give the player and dealer another card each. If the player's second card equals or beats the dealer, then the player wins even money on the raise only, and the original wager pushes. If the dealer's second card is greater, the player loses both bets. If there is a tie during war the player wins.
Simply receive a card higher than the dealer's card. Ascending order of card values is: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A
